Hotel really catered to its guests. A/C in the rooms, lots of outlets which was very helpful, and the hotel bar allowed for water, soda, and alcohol to be easily accessible. The staff was so nice and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage and even bringing it right to the room for us before we got back from our adventures. The location was nice, more away from the touristy spots but near a beautiful overlook park and walking distance to train stations. Excited to go back!

We chose Jangle Hotel primarily because of its proximity to Charles de Gaulle Airport and the water park, which made it seem like a convenient and fun option for our last night in France. Unfortunately, it was raining, so the water park was out of the question, although the hotel did have quite a few activities for children in the lobby, which was a nice touch.
The rooms were surprisingly large, but the overall quality felt quite basic. The towels, linens and finishes felt cheaper than we had experienced elsewhere during our trip. Breakfast was included, which was convenient, but again the quality was fairly average.
The biggest disappointment was the service. We found several of the staff to be unfriendly and, at times, quite rude. After experiencing such warm hospitality throughout France, it really stood out.
The best comparison I can make is that it felt like the French version of a Comfort Inn in the U.S. — practical, spacious and convenient for the airport, with breakfast included, but unfortunately without the friendly service we would normally expect and with a lower overall level of quality.
If proximity to CDG is your priority, particularly when travelling with children, it serves its purpose. But based on our experience, I wouldn’t choose it as a destination hotel or expect the charm and hospitality you might experience elsewhere in France.
