"Located in a quiet place - that values in Troyes as the proximity of all restaurants/ attractions - is in a walking distance. All rooms are clean and air-conditioned - great plus - during our stay with +36C day temperature. Beds ( king size) are great with high quality linen/pillows. Good size of the bathroom / shower- though only large dripping shower head is operational. All utilities/ trims are old and outdated as probably at most appartments/hotels in Troyes - but in OK shape - at least...

"Wij waren met z’n tweeën en een grote hond. Daarom hadden we de 3-persoonskamer gereserveerd en die beviel heel goed. Veel ruimte en een goede airco. Wat tegenviel was het diner in het restaurant. De portie was klein (Bavette), het vlees (à point) was taai en de friet niet lekker. Wij zijn hier veel vaker geweest en de ervaringen zijn steeds dezelfde. We accepteren de mindere kwaliteit in het restaurant omdat de rest wel goed is."

"The location was great, the hotel itself was lovely and it was very comfortable. Things I didn’t like were, the toilet in our room was separate from the bathroom but didn’t have any washing facilities so you had to walk from the toilet through the bedroom into the bathroom which was just odd. The breakfast is extortionate at €32 per person. Whilst the produce is local and the juice organic I’m afraid the price tag is just too much. "A first class stay. I cannot get over the flexibility, friendliness and how helpful was their receptionist(Maria). If only there was a way to stay there again! Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. There also is a fridge and microwave for use. "

"Personeel was super aardig en behulpzaam. Vooral de badkamer was stoffig en de douche mag wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. (Schimmel in de hoeken en op de kitranden) Prima voor een tussenstop. En veel winkels en eetgelegenheden dichtbij. Hek van de parking gaat s avonds dicht."
