"Bad experience at check in but hotel is beautiful. Room views and service is top notch! Only bad experience was at check in. When booked with expedia 2 adults and 2 childs, site said we could have a roll out bed free of charge. At check in the lady said that it is not free, and it is not offered free by any of their partners like expedia. I did not want to argue with the girl because, I was tired after a long day at the amazon, so I paid the additional $. Next morning I checked expedia again...

"Breakfast had variety of fruits and breads/eggs. Liked mango, granadilla and other fruits. Room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning working well. We could not use the bar dur to drizzle. It will be nice if there is a covered area in the bar."

Auf der Straße war nachts leider viel los, so dass trotz Zimmer Richtung Pool Ohropax nötig waren. Der einzige wirkliche Kritikpunkt war das inbegriffene, individuell zubereitete Frühstück. "Great place. Centrally located. The staff was wonderful. We got there very early and they went ahead and put us into a room. Front desk staff was very accommodating and very helpful in our trip. I have stayed in Iquitos twice this year. If I go back, I will definitely go to this hotel."
