The hotel is awesome, guest service is great, and the beach is unbeatable!!! Only thing I think they can improve is the waiting time by the table, after ordering lunch or dinner we had to wait more than half an hour some times.

Amazing Stay

One of the best hotels I’ve ever visited! The staff at the hotel is incredibly professional yet warm and welcoming. During our check-in, I was feeling quite unwell, and they treated me like family, which I truly appreciated. Mr. Houdaifa, in particular, was exceptionally supportive. The food was delicious, and our room was stylish with an amazing view. Overall, we had a marvelous experience at the St. Regis, thanks to its outstanding team!

We absolutely loved our stay, I was in awe by the beautiful property. The staff were very nice, they even did a welcome champagne pop for all guests checking. The room was spacious and clean, we had an amazing view overlooking the beach and pool. Unfortunately, we missed that breakfast was included and didn’t have a chance to use that service. The room service was efficient, we wish we stayed here longer. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was their dinner and lunch menu, but there was another property nearby we went for lunch and dinner there food/hotel was also amazing!

The property is beautiful and clean and on a gorgeous beach with clear blue water-/ however, the staff was a bit slow especially for meals which often took an extraordinary amount of time to get menus, food etc. Also- no full length mirror in the rooms which was surprising.

A stunning experience !!!!

What an absolutely wonderful hotel in a wonderful location!!! - From the moment of arrival - I was treated superbly!!! My room was the Astor Suite and for the 3 days I had a fabulous time there. Maryam the Deputy Manager was outstanding and customer service is throughout every aspect of the hotel experience. The room was amazing and `I was able to work and enjoy at the same time. The hotel is fresh and clean and has space and beautiful citrus aromas in the hotel public areas. The Pool was fabulous and the staff so attentive. There is a pool and private beach area. The staff were constantly offering drinks and little touches of food offerings - amazing. Breakfast was buffet and constantly fully catered for to all tastes, my favourite was the yogurts with fruit. They made poached eggs/avocado and mushrooms which was historic!! I had a spa treatment which I did not want to end - it was fabulous. The bathroom products are Sodashi and again wonderful. I will definitely come back to the St Regis and cannot wait to come back with friends. Everyone at the hotel were exceptional and could not do enough for me!! It was simply amazing

Séjour inoubliable dans un hôtel magnifique ! Chambre impeccable, plage splendide et nourriture délicieuse. Un immense merci au GM Gaetano et à la GG Malika pour leur professionnalisme, ainsi qu’à tout le personnel incroyable : la dream team du petit-déjeuner (Ayoub, Jawad, Abdelhay, Mohamed, Younes, Khouloud), les concierges (Zakaria et toute l'équipe, merci pour le gâteau d’anniversaire), les fées du logis du Housekeeping, les voituriers Mohamed-Saad et Youssef, et un grand salam à Abdelghny à l’entrée. Déception énorme

Séjour très décevant ! A la piscine, aucune anticipation : il fallait sans arrêt demander un parasol. Pire encore, les parasols ne sont pas sécurisés : l’un d’eux a failli m’atterrir sur le ventre pendant alors que je suis enceinte ! Si je n’étais pas réveillée, cela aurait pu être grave. Le service au restaurant est tout aussi problématique : plus d’une heure d’attente pour un simple menu enfant. Inadmissible pour un établissement de ce standing. Côté chambre : gel douche quasi vide à notre arrivée. J’en ai redemandé un, jamais reçu malgré la promesse du personnel. Du thé servit sans menthe " il ny a plus de menthe " , au petit dejeuner plus de jus d'orange , le soir plus de briouate... vive la gestion du stock ! Et pour finir, 250€ la nuit facturés pour un lit supplémentaire pour un enfant de 6 ans, alors que le site Hôtel.com mentionnait 87,07€. Une différence incompréhensible et injustifiée. Mon séjour au St. Regis La Bahia Blanca Resort a été une véritable immersion dans le luxe et le raffinement. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec une attention personnalisée, notamment grâce au service de majordome, qui a su anticiper mes moindres besoins. Un grand Merci à Ayoub pour tous ses précieux conseils. La chambre, spacieuse et élégamment décorée, offrait une vue imprenable sur la mer Méditerranée depuis son balcon privé. Les touches d’artisanat marocain, telles que les zelliges et les luminaires ciselés, ajoutaient une authenticité charmante à l’ensemble. Côté gastronomie, chaque petit-déjeuners servis par Jawad et tout l’équipe étaient une découverte de spécialités marocaines. Le rituel du sabrage du champagne à 19h ajoutait une touche festive et élégante à chaque soirée. La piscine chauffée est gérée par Ayman à complété parfaitement cette expérience de relaxation. En somme, le St. Regis La Bahia Blanca Resort est une destination incontournable pour ceux qui recherchent une escapade luxueuse alliant confort, culture et service irréprochable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour une expérience 5 étoiles inoubliable.
