"Unfortunately, my room was not particularly clean, I had to keep my footwear on in the room, I also had mould around my bath tub! Staff were not very well organised! They wanted to search your bags every time you entered the hotel as food & drinks (including snacks & bottled water were not allowed in). We did not use the Spa facilities! Breakfast was also a massive disappointment. Food was very limited and not replenished, plates & cups were not readily available, coffee machine wasn’t working...

"Hot tub was terrible. It was set at 41 degrees so we couldn't use it. By the time itgot down to a reasonable temperature we were leaving, it was dirty so a waste of money. Staff cannot do enough for you but the hotel is looking a bit tatty."

"Ce que j’ai aimé: le personnel est vraiment sympathique, professionnel et serviable, surtout le personnel de la restauration (Zakaria, Toufik, kaoutar, safare, raja, Oumaima….). La cuisine du chef est top à tout point de vu, je donne 10/10 pour le couscous. Le cadre et la situation en plein centre ville utiles. Ce que je n’ai pas apprécié: le non retour de réponse à ma réclamation (faite à Kaoutar de l’accueil) sur la chambre donnant sur une vue pas terrible…"

"Whilst the hotel is nice, it is somewhat dated and could certainly do with a renovation. The mattresses on the sun beds most certainly need replacing. And there is a desperate need for more parasols. The biggest downside of this property is the service. To say the level of service is poor would be being kind. There is no urgency in any interaction and you are constantly left waiting. Whether that be for a member of staff to come over, waiting at least 30 mins around the pool area for a drink or...

"Bon séjour en général mais il fallait prendre certains mal en patience (service de chambre lent, pas assez de transat autour des piscines, animation un peu orienté vers les groupes plus jeunes). Le buffet est excellent quoi qu’un peu redondant pour un 7 jours 7 nuits et les deux restaurants à la carte très loin de l’hôtel et menu très loin d’être typique."
