"The hotel is well maintained. the front desk staff are not nice, only one lady was extremely nice and professional. They never leave coffee pads after cleaning and you call and ask for them. "The pool area is great, clean, plenty of sunbeds, towels really tatty. Hotel was obviously built to a high spec but has be left unmaintained. This would be our third visit to the hotel, mostly governed by its location. Medina 20 min walk, Gueliz 20 mins. However, the shower head and sealant now dirty, we had water coming through the light fitting on two occaisions.
