"Hotel is run down and understaffed, people that work don't know what they are doing nor can communicate. They took 20 min to find us a room service menu searching in most rooms then took 40min to make a sandwich. Phones don't dial between room to room; nor room service..only reception number who either can't understand or says someone would call you back,Forget about enjoying breakfast or spa, no one is around to ask. There were no cups, no clean tables, no tea spoons, were given some plastic...

"We highly enjoyed our stay at Riad Andallaspa. The building was beautiful, it had several different sitting areas and a spa we unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to visit but heard from other guests it was great. Abdullah, the daytime concierge, spoke perfect English and was extremely helpful in navigating the city and helping us with bookings. He booked a camel ride in the Sahara trip for us and arranged everything including the driver, Riad stays and much more.
