"Room was great, couldn’t complain. Understanding it is currently a heatwave AC will struggle and only place to cool down was lobby. Would have been great if pool times were extended due to heat. Activities - didn’t really see anything apart from water volleyball nor was I once approached and asked if I’d like to join. Been told that due the heat, only water sports and stretching is happening. Staff were excellent through out the stay! On to the hotel food - breakfast, lunch, snacks were fine...

"Simply exquisite. The hotel hospitality, service is in a class of its own. You feel so well looked after, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning place, probably the best looking hotel I’ve stayed in. It’s an oasis of calm in the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh.
