The hotel was very clean and staff were always friendly and helpful. They also had great knowledge of the city and tourist spots and local amenities. I would definitely stay there again if I visited Marrakech.

The Swiss Continental Hotel is very close to Marrakech train station. Our room was very clean and it was a nice place to stay. The air conditioning worked really well which was important because it was warm while we were there. It was fairly walkable and taxis are available when necessary. There are some good restaurants nearby and by the train station.

Nice location and staff very friendly. The welcome tea and basket of water and snack was a lovely touch. Room was clean and the washroom had great water pressure with no lack of hot water. Windows in room not a tight seal so it made for a very loud and noisy night from the street traffic.

Our stay at the Swiss Continental was very comfortable. They have complimentary breakfast and bottled water also an endless supply of coffee/specialty coffee/ juices. The staff were very helpful. We will keep this hotel in mind next time we visit Marrakech. Thank you Swiss Continental staff!!

One of the best experience i have ever had, the staff were amazing and super helpful. I highly recommend this hotel as they are one of the nicest staff. The rooms were amazing and they give us treat every night when we come back and the location is great as well. For the price you will pay you will get services and treatment and well room as if its 5 star hotel.

I stayed at the Swiss Continental for 7 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The hotel is ideally located, making it easy to explore Marrakech on foot, with many attractions, restaurants and amenities within convenient walking distance. The location was certainly one of the highlights of my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout, and their warm approach really added to the overall experience. My room was consistently clean, fresh and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, I felt the hotel offered excellent value for money, particularly given its location and the level of service. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Swiss Continental to anyone visiting Marrakech, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

The staff of this hotel are a huge asset to the hotel. The reception who checked me in was excellent from arrival until departure. The rooms are tired the walls are very grubby and in urgent need of paint. The breakfast offering is very limited but fresh. The provision of juices and hot drinks plus your little room basket is excellent The hotel is in an excellent location for everything in Marrakesh. The hotel has closed the spa although the hotel has and spa in its name.
