"The staff all went above and beyond to make our stay as good as it could be. They kindly met us at our taxi at the entrance to the Medina, and assisted us with our bags right to our room. The food is delicious and a really special way to start our trip to Morocco."

"The area is a bit touch and go, once you enter the Riad it’s a touch of class & history, wonderful property. Helpful staff! Awesome breakfast & dinner. Just no alcohol sold at the property. Plenty of mint tea and fresh juice 😆"

"Nothing was really unique about this property as it’s a typical all-inclusive resort. The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. We had to switch rooms because we stayed in additional night upon check-in and they couldn’t keep us in the same room although they could’ve accommodate us they chose not to. Again the front desk staff was very rude the Bell man were not helpful they just stood around and looked at you while you tried to navigate where to put your luggage and what to do. I would...

"The property was nice and the entrance was welcoming. The staff were attentive and ensured the stay was a good as it should be. The issues lay with the housekeeping team and the cleanliness of the rooms. They did not replace tea/coffee amenities or repair elements even once we have complained.
Lovely hotel yet could be improved."
