"Riad Alya was incredible! The room was beautiful, spacious and very Moroccan. I felt like I was in a museum and couldn’t stop staring at the amazing ceiling. Then you walk out in the center and it’s hard to take it all in. Riad Alya is in a great location, easy to find and every attraction is in walking distance. The moment you walk in Ottoman treated me like family and when I left, I felt like family. Ottoman is the best!"

"This is the nicest property we’ve ever stay at - and that says a lot about this hotel. Staying here was an amazing experience. The room was beyond real. The restaurant was fantastic. And the staff superior, caring, efficient and so nice. We give special thanks to Ibtissam, the manager, Hamid and Iman. Everyone was kind and so nice."

"This place and room is so beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were really helpful finding parking, riad location and with the bags. Food is excellent in the restaurant and recommended eating there. Highly recommended!!! Thanks to all the staff!"

"We stayed at Riad Layla (suite Alia) for three nights. The place is beautiful and within Fes Medina. Breakfast was served on the terrace which we quite enjoyed. Our room was spacious, well maintained, clean and beautifully decorated. Even the bathroom was very aesthetically pleasing. The suite is on the top floor so might not be convenient for some people but apart from that, everything was amazing. The staff were also incredibly nice! On our last day we had to depart at 6AM and one of the staff members very kindly and thoughtfully packed us breakfast! We ordered food through a delivery app and missed the driver’s call, he was kind enough to collect the food and bring it upstairs for us. All in all it was a very comfortable stay. Would recommend."
