"My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing. The first room we were given was advertised as a Deluxe Room, but it clearly wasn’t what was shown in the photos. To make matters worse, the shower had visible black mould, which is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one charging premium rates. "The hotel overall is good but we had a bad experience. The air conditioning was working poorly in our assigned room and it was very hot. The temp came down 2 degrees in 5 hours. The front desk sent a maintenance person who agreed the AC was not working well but said he could not fix it until the next day. The front desk staff were in disagreement about giving us a new room with working AC. We were given a new room which was fine for two week stay. But not before one staff member tried to insist...

Breakfast was delicious and more than satisfying, served outside. Staff were friendly and kind. The hammam experience was intense and satisfying, and massage was one of best ever gotten. I would love to go back and stay again!"
