"Front desk staff was fantastic. Greeted promptly and when I needed help with the tv someone was up to room within minutes. Will be back!"

"The room was clean no problems there. The key lock didn’t work on first room they sent us to. The next room they redid keys once and then when we returned from an event we went to the keys again didn’t work. So not sure what was going on with that."

"Friendly staff. Our room was musty and both mattresses sunk to the middle. "

"The breakfast- meh. The rooms- comfortable and clean. Our bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. Staff- meh. Just some tell tale signs that there is average to poor management."

"The property was fairly clean but definitely needs updating. No carpet made the room feel cold and stark. Walls were very thin and heard people talking in the halls. Heard footsteps frequently from people walking in the room above us. The bed was a memory foam mattress but was not comfortable at all. Bathroom door would not stay open and had to prop it open with a towel. Felt like we overpaid for what we received."

"Room clean, staff were very helpful as they could be, breakfast was good. Shampoo and conditioner needed refill and TV kept turning off. Staff helped, but bottom line I shouldn't have to go behind the dresser and unplug and plug in the powered everything it does this. Hope it's not an issue for next customer. Staff were great!"
