Apartment was clean, spacious (high ceilings), very modern kitchen (I opted not to cook, but all amenities are there - half refrigerator, dishwasher, pots/pans, dishes, utensils - also small dining table), bed was comfortable, desk/room to work and sofa. Excellent lighting. A very large amount of closet space as well, extra blankets/pillows in the wardrobes/closets. "We booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. We phoned the number and were told no room was alocated to us but we had been given a room in the sister hotel. It took us some time and a number of phone calls and an email to the same person to gain the address of this second hotel due to language barriers. "the hotel is located right in the middle of the town , so much so that you are sitting for breakfast facing the town's main church from just a few meters away. the staff is also very friendly. for the first time in our journies, the receptionist have offered to fill out our guest forms so we can go to sleep with our baby. it was super kind. the breakfast and housekeeping crew is also very welcoming. we will surely be back. if you travel to this side of the country, this place is unbeatable."
