Dear Saraichik Hotel. I wanted to express my gratitude to your staff. We have had several participants stay with you recently and both have had some hiccups in their travel. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating during these mishaps and I am grateful for their assistance with them. I am very impressed and happy with this hotel. Some tourists say that Almaty is not a safe city but the shuttle services the hotel offers between Almaty Int'l Airport and the hotel gave us a relief as it was our first visit to Kazakhstan. However the hotel receptionist made us embarrassed by insisting that we, foreigners, should pay 1,725 Tenge per person first for check-in even though we couldn't exchange US Dollars for KZT as we arrived after all the currency exchanges were closed. Of course it was the fault of the Kzakhstan government or Almaty city government. The breakfast soups were too sweet for us to eat and most of other things were fine.

Exquisite.

So, I booked 4 nights on two separate bookings for different rooms having extended my stay in Almaty. As such, the photos provided represent a ground-floor double room and a upstairs family room with a mezzanine. Most importantly, for the price paid, which was very reasonable indeed, I consider the hotel to be of superb value. As such I shall order my opinions according to their importance. Firstly. The staff were very friendly and professional throughout the stay including the security. Secondly, I approve of the interior of the hotel - the overall design of the rooms being very comfortable indeed, and unusually spacious. The breakfast from 7-10 was cosy and supplied all the necessaries, though I would recommend fried eggs for the future. In addition to the above, the double room had satellite TV with access to the internet - i.e. YouTube etc. The swimming pool, though I didn't use it looks fantastic, and the restaurant food is well-priced and delicious (I recommend the lentil soup, with Chicken-Spinach and a side of rice). Though there was construction work happening which could have been a little more tidy given that some guests have to navigate through it, I would still rate this hotel a 5/5 for the value of the booking. 👍

Outstanding hotel and service!

It is a truly amazing hotel. It is far from city center, but it is very quiet at night and air quality is very good. Interior and breakfast were awesome! Service is outstanding. Will stay here again and again. Love it.

Un bon rapport qualité prix

L’hotel est plutôt pratique car proche de l’aéroport. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et nous avons pu faire une arrivée à 4h du matin avec la navette gratuite. Le personnel est serviable. La piscine est partagée il y a donc beaucoup de monde et de bruit en journée.

Comfortable, clean, great English-speaking staff! Airport shuttle ride to the airport at 2am took about 20 minutes. Very nice place to stay!

Clean rooms, Great food, Convenient to the airport

I stayed there for 7 days for some meetings. The staff were helpful and friendly. I share the following not to say dont stay there at all, but there are some things that could be improved. Some staff have limited or no English. I speak some Russian sonit was no problem.for me. The rooms are comfortable but a bit noisy from outside traffic. Breakfast could use a refresh. Simple and after 2 days, you wish they had more variety for longer stays. There are no teapots in the rooms for coffee or tea, but they do have hot water available near the reception. The restaurant is loud, but they have a nice area in the hotel they serve the same food there as well. The Internet worked well in certain areas but not everwhere. My room was #20 at the end of the hall and I could not count on a good connection so I had to use it in the public areas. The airport shuttle is fantastic. A man was awaiting with a sign upon arrival. On the return, they are professional, helpful and on time. This hotel is an excellent value for the price. Thank you to the staff!
