"Great location & convinient.Rooms were decent but old dull carpet,not smart tv, good otherwise but 3stars because of missing bidet! Decent breakfast, nice gym and pool for short stay with kids, slow lifts but have stairs in a very ordinary but functional reception area. NO IRONING convinience but spacious rooms."

"Great place, centrally located, convinience store next door, 10mins walk from Arbat/Panfilov/Ascension/GreenBazar. Hotel staff were helpful, the only place that offered water refills instead of std 2/ day plastic bottles. Mildom uses glass bottles + a large jug in each room that all guests could refill.very practical! Toilet with bidet is almost a luxury in Almaty! Food was awesome &a generoud spread compared to several others. HAPPY KIDS makes it worth the proce which is also reasonable given the entire experience"

"I am writing to share my feedback following I am writing to share my feedback following my stay at Meldom hotel from July 26th through August 7th. Throughout my two-week stay, I was deeply impressed by the high standard of service provided by the reception staff. Every team member was courteous, professional, and attentive to every detail. My room was consistently spotlessly clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I would like to extend a special note of gratitude to the hotel manager, for his for his exceptional coordination, and to the front desk team for their warm hospitality. "Good location close to the airport. Clean and well presented. The staff were excellent. Very polite and helpful. My only issue was the Aircon didn't work very well so the room was very hot."
