Cari Istana di Almaty

"Convenient…u have everything u need nearby supermarket, restaurant just by walk. Staff very helpful."

"Confortable et assez bien situé"

"Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Great location too."

"The rooms were spacious and clean. The workers were very helpful with answering any questions I had. Breakfast was great with many different options. Location was perfectly central to all the major Almaty touristy spots. One thing I want to address is there’s a club next to the hotel that plays music til 4am and you can hear it if you’re on that side of the building so request to be on the park side to avoid the sound. Overall, great hotel"

"The property is centrally located and easy to get around. The room was big and clean. The WiFi was, however, very spotty or very weak at times. I booked the room on Expedia and one of the reasons I booked it was due to the availability of airport shuttle"

"Great breakfast .. great variety .. menu offerings differed daily, while breakfast staples were always available, arranged airport shuttle to airport, helpful front desk, spacious room .. very comfortable"

"Lovely hotel, clean and the staff were friendly. Beautiful swimming pool and buffet breaks had a variety of food"

"Hotel is clean, and staff are accommodating ."
