"Friendly exceptionally clean hotel with wonderful menu for dinner. Good wine list at friendly prices. The bed was a medical grade mattress which was a bit too firm for us. Hanna (cleaning staff I got to know over the two week stay) was super friendly and went above to ensure I was enjoying the room. I was able to store my bags after.check out until bus time. "Lovely hotel in the centre of Ávila. Comfy bed and the room had great A/C which was needed in the heat. The staff we met were all very nice and friendly.
