"W hi at an incredible surprise when we checked in. So much greater than the pics The History of the place, and all the amenities. The room was spectacular looking over the park and canal. So peaceful. Yet it was so close to everything. This was the crown jewel in our visit to Netherlands. We fell in love with Utrecht. I will recommend Karel-V as top place to stay. The staff were so helpful getting us to the hotel when we got lost. Sent a taxi for us. Thankyou so much for such a memorable time."

"This is a beautiful hotel to stay when you travel through Schiphol Airport or if you visit Amsterdam without staying inside the city. It is very easy to get to Amsterdam. Shuttle to the airport and a 15 min train ride to Central Station. The hotel is clean, has wonderful beds(!) great restaurants and breakfast buffet that is open early for when you have an early flight.
