"This hotel deserves more stars! As soon as you walk in you can just feel the calmness the hotel has. It so beautiful inside. It’s super clean and the workers are all very friendly especially the lady that was in the storage room, she was the cutest! I solo traveled for the first time and I felt so comfortable staying here. I’d definitely book again!"

"Nothing about it unsafe area if you get there late after 9 no one to talk to a security guard came out of nowhere told me to give him the code he let us through the gate to get to the apartment then had to use another code to retrieve keys out of box get in apartment the futon was dirty the floors dirty nothing updated in apartment"

"The staff was ok we communicated by phone the room was not bad but the pull out bed was not clean. They didn't provide all the necessary linings we did can to talk to the representative they never addressed the issue they had us waiting and then offered a 25 percent discount."

"Our stay was great! The location is amazing and in a walkable area of condado. The air conditioning in the room was very strong. We did have an issue checking in because the link they sent was not clickable. Also note that you can’t flush toilet paper down the toilets and the shower water temperature was hard to control (either really hot or really cold) with weak pressure. "The place was clean. And super quiet at night which I appreciate a lot. This is close to everything. I walked everywhere. When my family comes to PR I will recommend this place. And if I come back I will book here again. There was no staff but the communication was super fast.
I can to see Art and see something specific. The museum that I wanted to see was not open and but adjusting my reservation was a easy too."

"The place does not look anywhere near the photos, communication was absolutely horrible I sat inside my car for 3hrs early in the morning trying to get into the property to then find out if was given the wrong code, me and my friend both woke up with a bad allergic reaction eyes swollen face swollen 2 out of the 3 days which i think was coming from the millions of red ants that were coming in I asked for early check out to possible be able to go to another place and was denied a refund!!
