"It is frustrating to have to use valet and not being able to self park, because it is expensive. But parking in an unsecured lot blocks from the property isn't an ideal situation. That being said, all of the valet guys were friendly, professional, and efficient."

"This hotel was adequate for our needs. We only needed a comfortable place to stay before getting on a plane in the morning. It felt very safe. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice, but a little lacking in the dining area in the morning. The breakfast in general was adequate as well. I would stay here again if I needed a hotel close to the airport and it is close. Our friends who were traveling with us had a room facing the airport and they did hear the planes, whereas we had a room facing the opposite direction and had no such issues."

"Beautiful hotel in a great downtown Portland location, with wonderful amenities, and the staff is amazing. Quiet, modern and very nice rooms with comfortable bed and pillows. The inhouse pool and a hot tub is beautiful as well. A+"
