"Amazing service and staff"

"Hyatt is a name brand hotel, but this location has an issue with customer service. I called and filed a complaint about personal items went missing in our room while we went out to spend time in Atlanta. Hotel supposed give me a call back after the reviewing the case, but they never called and never solved the issue. This was a huge disappointment."

"My family and I were in town for the Hawks game and stayed here based off of the great reviews. It did not disappoint, everything was true about the reviews. The hotel was very well maintained and clean, the pool was nice and clean also with no strong chlorine odor that you get at some hotels. We will definitely return! 10/10 in my book"

"It's been a long time since I've stayed at a hotel this nice. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, even the hallways were quiet. It was rare to even hear anyone passing your room regardless of the time of day/night. Will definitely use this chain again."
