Hotel murah di Alpine

"We had a room on the second floor although the hotel has a luggage cart they had no elevator to bring up the luggage so we had to carry luggage up for a weeks stay."

"We enjoyed the hot beverage station in the lobby. Our only complaint was that they need to enforce a noise policy for guests who gather in the lobby or upstairs sitting area that is right outside of guests’ rooms. More than a dozen noisy people gathered in the small 2nd floor area which was right outside our door late in the evening until after 10 pm, The area is open to the lobby below, so the front desk attendant was very aware and didn’t do anything about it until we went down to complain....

"Building and rooms dated and not well maintained. No phones in rooms. Housekeeping on request only and they don't make your bed. No buffet breakfast everyday, weekdays a la carte and in average more expensive than lunch or dinner. No refrigerator ($20 per day) nor microwave. Restaurant dinner anounced until 9pm , until you find that on Sundays it closes at 8pm (not anounced anywhere). Our bathroom had a broken acrylic window, never fixed even in requested several times. "The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The pictures representing the hotel however, were misleading. They made the rooms, lobby, pool, and breakfast area appear considerably larger than they were. For a bargain price, I would have been satisfied, however, for the exorbitant price we paid, I expected more."

"Our stay was overall very good, but the breakfast could use an improvement. Many guests have dietary restrictions, such as being vegetarian or eating only halal meat. While we understand the limitations of a complimentary breakfast, it would be highly appreciated if different food items were kept separate.
