"We enjoyed our stay very much! The place is very clean and tidy. The Neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful. It’s 2 minutes walk to the Cogwheel station. The living room has partial lake view. "

"I want to be as upfront as possible. DO NOT book this hotel especially if you prepay. It does not match the description. You think you’re staying in a nice chalet next to the lake. However, where you’re really staying is on the backside of the restaurant across the street.
The halls look like a dungeon with no natural light or ventilation. The room on the website looks bright and airy. It is not. There was one window where we could see everyone climbing the outside stairs to their rooms but...

"The room was clean but just enough for the family of 4, 3 adults & 1 child. Beds are comfy.
It was so hot when we arrived in Lucerne, but the staff is nice to give us bottled water after checking in & provided us with 2 electric fans in the room. It was so close to the restaurants & shopping area. Most especially, closed to Lucerne train station."
