"I enjoyed my stay with my toddler , the location was wonderful . However I did notice a lot of mosquitos , to my surprise the window in room was left open . Other than that it was nice and comfortable ."

"The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and always willing to assist guests in any way that they could. It is a prime hotel location for all activities downtown. I would stay here again, if coming back to Chicago."

"Hotel has good location, about 10 minutes' walk to CTA station. Hotel's staff very friendly and helpful. When I made reservation, I requested room for 3 adults and when my daughter arrived, she received room with one king bed and no sofa. It was changed upon her request, otherwise 3 adults would have to stay in one bed. Rooms and bathrooms need some maintenance. Breakfast very basic, and after the first day we decided to eat outside the hotel."

"Sofitel Chicago is truly a beautiful hotel, and our stay reminded us why we keep coming back.
We have stayed here a few times over the years, and this visit really stood out. The hotel is elegant, peaceful, beautifully maintained, and in a wonderful location. It is close to so much, but still quiet enough to relax after a full day in the city.
