In autumn, gigantic numbers of cranes (Grus grus) gather in the northern federal states of Germany to rest and prepare for the long journey to the south. In some places such as the Günzer lake in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern the birds are fed by wheat that has been scattered the night before.

Die Atmosphäre im ganzen Hotel ist einfach sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war sehr schön das Personal sehr freundlich und Frühstück und Restaurant sind auch zu empfehlen.
