Be mindful when booking. Not all rooms are reflective of the photos. Our room was “not updated yet”. Carpets were covered in stains, some pretty gnarly ones. TV in room did not work. Shower was covered in black discoloration.

Very cozy and comfortable 5 stars the only problem is the parking no parkings in center city hard to find or you go far a way

Philadelphia Suites-Extended Stay
Our room was dirty and in poor repair. There was still garbage in the garbage can, kitchen and bathroom floors were very sticky, a sticky, dark stain on the carpet and said carpet had not been vacuumed.
