Hotel Ramah Hewan Peliharaan di Altopascio

"Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work in our room, so we were moved to another room. That one has an ant infestation. The next room we were given smelled like smokers. The only room left was clean but the a/c didn’t not blow cold air at all. Could not sleep because of temperature. Staff at desk was trying to be helpful."

"Good accommodation for trnasit, however the breackfest booked separately was awful. I do not recommend the breakfest here."

"Tutto ok"

"The La Monastica resort was a wonderful place with a staff who were exceptionally welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The location and grounds were beautiful with some modern influences in decor but really maintaining the overall old world charm and aesthetic of the monastery. We really enjoyed time in the bar playing cards and drinking some great cocktails."

"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"

"Beautiful peaceful location but only 20 minutes from Lucca, very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Room spacious and comfortable with a great view. Swimming pool great a really relaxing stay. Restaurant next door also very good food 😊"

"The place is obviously in a beautiful location but the little details make all of the difference. The rooms are clean and well maintained with cool Tuscan vibe to them without being too old and rustic. Lovely staff and good food. The pool is well-maintained and the property grounds are impeccable."
