"My first complaint is with the quality of beds , they are the cheapest kind, the hotel tried to address my complaint by putting a mattress topper on but it just made it worse. Secondly the towels that were given to us were stained with dried blood , not good by any standard ! "Good clean spacious room in an ideal location on the edge of the old town and thus close to the many fabulous restaurants and bars and the beaches. The fridge in our room contained bottles of water and soft drinks on arrival which were replenished each day at no extra cost. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided in the reception area again at no additional cost. All in all a great place to stay"

"This hotel is located in a suburb area of San Sebastián but the fact two major bus lines run through the hotel you can take one bus directly to old town or the bus/train station without switching buses . The staff at the lobby cafe is amazing . Eukene made me the most delicious cafe con leche . The hotel breakfast was delicious too . Will be back here next time in San Sebastián . Thank you"
