"Really unique place to stay and very well themed with great decor, uv lights and plenty of photo opportunities!
Family room was perfect for our needs, we loved the sleep pods, really comfortable and a great shower.
Just a real shame that the slide was broken as our kids were looking forward to that, and the tvs dont work in the pods.

"Great Stay. Super location...wander all the small alleys in Chinatown and notice how many buildings are being renovated. The metro is about 5 minutes away - walk over and go anywhere in KL without the hassle of traffic (I took it to the airport). Lovely pool...sunset in the pool is cool - good staff who are welcoming, informed and helpful. "

"Very clean and comfortable. Room a little on the small side but for me travelling alone it was fine.
Location was ok for trips. Not too much around but a few restaurants within a few minutes walk.
Nice sky bar and swimming pool which is open until 10.30 which is great for an evening swim.
Enjoyed my stay.
Breakfast was fine and staff were helpful and polite and always greeted with a smile😁"

Just one suggestion, the shower hot and cold water isn't clearly marked. It looks like the marker indicator have worn off. And the pressure is too strong on first use.Cosmo Hotel KL is an easy recommendation for anyone staying in Malaysia city centre for a few days!"

"A relatively new hotel situated in a small block opposite China Town. Has a lift to the 5th floor reception area. Room was clean and they provided shampoo, shower gel & water daily. Daily housekeeping available too.
Despite being right on a busy main road there is no noise disturbance. It’s a great location for restaurants, food vendors & markets. Central Market is a 5 minute walk along with lots of sightseeing spots.
Would recommend this hotel for your stay in KL. "

The room had everything I needed and the balcony with table and chairs was a welcome addition especially as the room was too cold and I couldnt adjust the aircon.

"eventhough i already pay full payment via expedia n its successfull, the hotel staff still ask me to give them prove about the itinerary comfirmation from expedia.. they said there is no such booking eventho i alrdy give them prove. so i have to email expedia and report about it, i wait for so long at the counter. thank god expedia management deal with the hotel manager and they problem settle. acctually this is second time this happend and im very dissapointed with the hotel management."
