"The hotel had the best location for the Christmas market and walking to the city centre sights. There was a really nice atmosphere and surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was very tasty. The room was really comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful, especially when we had an issue with our door code. "

"Really nice hotel with helpful, friendly staff right in the centre of town. Beautifully decorated, large bedroom with a GREAT shower. It is in the process of being refurbished so there were a few teething problems but nothing that disturbed my stay, and I would definitely book the hotel again when in Brussels. I should note that there is some noise at night, but it was minimal and would be expected with such a central hotel."

"Location is really nice for seeing the historic parts of the city and close to transportation. Room was clean and big but decorated with brown, plastic furniture lacking character. The front desk wasn't helpful or friendly when asking a simple question. However, like the name, this hotel has fantastic pillows."

"Clean and spacious rooms with a very comfortable stay. The location is perfect, everything is nearby and it’s just next to Grand Place, making it super convenient to explore Brussels. We also got early check-in which was really appreciated. Highly recommended! "

"La habitación estaba lista antes de la hora de check in y no nos cobraron, la habitación fue muy completa, con cocina, vajillas y cacerolas para cocinar. Refri y microondas, cafetera y hervidora. Cama muy cómoda y baño súper limpio y amplio. La ubicación die PERFECTA para recorrer las calles de Bruselas sin problema, visitamos casi oros los atractivos a pie. Me encantó! "

"It is a brand new, good hotel. The location doesn’t feel safe at all. After 5pm, there are people sleeping on the streets, drug dealers next to the train station. You can get an early checkin by the hour. (10euros per hour) From the reception area to the elevators you need to take an extra (slow) elevator which is absurd by all means. They charged us an extra 80€ by mistake, when I noticed as I was waiting gör my uber, they corrected it. That would have been another thing to solve from...

"Amazing hotel. Every member of staff I came into contact with provided exceptional service. The room was spacious, nice bathtub, extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The head concierge was exceptional and scored a same day reservation for a Michelan restaurant as well. Will be back next time I am in Brussels."
