"CQ bills itself as “only the things you need,” and that’s true. It’s minimalist but refined with a quality gym with treadmills, bikes, kettlebells, yoga mats, fixed equipment for weight lifting, and the space is kept cold. I had great workouts there. It’s downtown and walkable to anything in area including Buffalo Bayou Park, so that’s great. Street parking nearby and several garages with overnight available. "

"Staff courteous, nicely decorated, would be good for extended stay as full kitchen. Valet parking expensive but that is anywhere in Houston"
