"This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back. The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. "Hotel muito bom, muito confortável, equipe de recreação maravilhosa, nota mil, recreação para crianças e adultos, super indico. A alimentação é muito boa. Foi tudo maravilhoso. Super indico. "

"Foi o único lugar que encontramos para dormir próximo à rodovia. O valor da diária foi bem alto acredito que por ser férias e por ter vários hóspedes de um casamento. O quarto era bem grande, com dois dormitórios, banheiro e sala. Mas o acesso era bem difícil através de escada caracol. A noite era possível ouvir as pessoas no corredor e a movimentação como se houvesse pessoas em um andar superior (mas não havia). Levantamos cedo e saímos próximo às 5hs da manhã. "Hospedei-me na suite Estoril. As instalações estão bem degradadas , com rachaduras nas paredes e pintura bem amarelada. A janela esta bem encrostada. O banheiro é encardido e minúsculo , com espelho todo descascando e chuveiro elétrico de difícil regulagem. A TV é de 20", bem antiga e com imagem ruim. O sinal do WIFI é bem fraco.A varanda indicada nas fotos fica na garagem e não dentro do quarto, com circulação restrita se tem um carro guardado. A comida é normal , comparada a restaurantes...

"White marble floors in the lobby. Staff eager to please. Quiet room (31) away from the sidewalk. My only criticism is that they need to replace the plastic flowers with live plants, and I suggest that they paint the faded room doors in baby blue. The hand rail going down from the second floor to the first floor (third to second, in the U.S.) needs to be secured. Overall, excellent value for the money, smack dab in the middle of town on top of the mountain."
