Luca is a gem and a credit to this “ hotel”. I wasn’t sure what to expect as this accommodation did not have a traditional front desk. There was no reason for concern as Luca communicated with me well in advance of my arrival to ensure I was well informed about checking in, how to get to the room from the ferry etc. he personally met us and showed us our room and how to operate everything. What was invaluable were the tips he gave us in taking the ferries and buses. We took advantage of both and did not have any issues at all. Luca went above and beyond with his hospitality! The room was spacious and in a great location in Amalfi.

We had an amazing experience at Cloister Suites. The property is spotless, everything felt exceptionally clean and modern, with thoughtful touches throughout the room. The design is sleek yet comfortable, and all the amenities worked perfectly. A huge thank you to Norma, the housekeeper, who kept our room immaculate every day and was always kind and attentive. And special thanks to Luca, who went above and beyond with his fantastic local recommendations, from great restaurants to hidden spots around Amalfi, he truly helped make our stay unforgettable. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the cathedral and the main square, yet still peaceful and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Cloister Suites to anyone visiting Amalfi!

The property was perfect & in a fantastic location. The host was incredibly helpful and understanding when our arrival time changed due to ferry engine issues. For anyone with severe mobility issues (wheel chair), note that there are quite a few (30 or so) steps involved in reaching the property, but the daily views of the duomo were a highlight. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this suite! The staff is so helpful and kind. They helped us with booking private transfers, boats, they gave a lot of advice and were seriously the best hosts we’ve encountered. The place is close to city center but still secluded from all the noise. It was about 3 min walk to the square, 5 min to the beach! Incredible place, and extremely clean. The room was very well made, and lots of nice upgraded tech with lighting and ac. Amazing. We’re so grateful

Our stay at Cloister Suites Amalfi was truly unforgettable. It was our first time in Amalti and we were celebrating my friend's birthday-Luca and Norma went above and beyond to make it incredibly special. Their warmth, generosity, and attention to detail made us feel instantly at home. The suites are beautifully appointed, spotless, and ideally located steps from the Duomo. Cloister Suites is more than a place to stay—it's a heartfelt Amalfi experience. Grazie mille, Luca and Norma—we can't wait to return!

We spent two wonderful days in Naples in a freshly renovated hotel room just a short walk from the port — a true hidden gem. Best choice in Amalfi Coast

The best accommodation you can choose in Amalfi. Close to the Marina, all the equipment is very new, high standard of luxury. Extremely comfortable beds, very well equipped bathrooms, the best possible choice. Even with so many positive points regarding the accommodation, two other reasons made all the difference: Luca and Norma, the staff at the accommodation. With their work, our life on the Amalfi Coast was much easier. Rooms cleaned every day by Norma, with all the politeness and joy every day. Luca helped us very politely during our check-in, gave us all the information we needed to know. Excellent choice of staff, congratulations.

Cloister Suites was recently impeccably remodeled with high end finishings, unit was clean and spacious, very close to town square, they provide complimentary luggage storage at a nearby location which was very helpful. The best part of our stay was the host Luca. He kept us up to date with tips on how to get to their Suites, and he happily answered all my intinerary and transportation questions and the best way to spend our time in Amalfi. He was an invaluable resource! Thank you Luca for a great stay and trip to Amalfi coast. I would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends and family!

This apartment exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Clean, modern, comfortable, spacious and very attractive looking. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the rooms were really well sound-proofed. A short stroll down narrow stairs and passageways put you right into the heart of Amalfi. Our hosts Norma and Luca went out of their way to provide us with information to make the most of our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone who has the physical ability to walk upstairs.

Lovely property modern and clean. We stayed 6 nights and slept well. Good location in Amalfi. You should be in good physical condition to climb roughly 70 stairs to reach the hotel. Staff is wonderful.
