"We had a fantastic stay. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly. They gave us a good rate on breakfast and great recommendations of places to go and visit. Antony in particular stood out, he worked all hours and was helpful amd welcoming. He even gave us a lift to the town when we checked out which was much appreciated, as it is a lot with cases and the heat! The roof top terrace is beautiful and drinks at the hotel are reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend."

"This hotel is an absolute gem! Great location with beautiful views and a pretty good breakfast. The rooms are very spacious , Clean and with everything you could possibly need. The bus to get down to amalfi is right outside this corner of this hotel, always on time , runs every 20-30 minutes and costs less then 2 euros. There are a few nice restaurants and a pub at a walking distance and most importantly, the staff at villa Maria is top notch, Andrea went above and beyond helping us with reservations to tours , transportation etc , always such a pleasure to interact with him and his staff , they truly make the experience even better by their amazing hospitality. 100 out of 10 for Villa Maria."

"The staff all are polite and helpfull the superior room we got was wonderfull with ocean view. The location is great close to bus station and water taxi and ferries. Also close to the swimming area and it is the big building you see when you arrive to Amalfi. Breakfast is sooo good have everything. They even fry the eggs the way you want and they do the omlets the way you like they also put the food for you eventhough it is a buffet you feel you are in 5 star restaurant with staff from receptionest to cleaning to waiters are all very professional and they like their job. The dinner experience is very very good the chef is great the food are delicious! I loved it"
