"Zona Z is a wonderful property! I stayed for the weekend and it was so peaceful. Fia does excellent massages. Pia and Marcella were very accommodating with my arrangements and arrival. It’s a good location in the Romantica Zone, easy walkable access to food and amenities. Would def stay here again. There is a balcony and pool which you can chill. "The only real positive was the ocean view and beach location. I highly advise that you choose another hotel. First, upon checking in... I was assigned a room that was different from what I booked. I went back to reception and waited 30 minutes to be placed in my oceanview king room. My keycard would not work! Back to reception to receive another keycard that did not work!
