"Excellent check in ! We felt very welcomed! "

"Check in was simple and the room was cleaned well. The hallways didn’t smell the freshest which made me a little nervous, but once I got in my room I was reassured of cleanliness. The breakfast was pretty good without of options from fruits to waffles, cereal and bagels. "

"Evening parking was a complete and utter nightmare. I don't know if there was a special event going on or if it was because of the restaurant, but we were lucky to get one of the last spots in a lot far away from the main entrance. Otherwise we would have been forced to use valet parking. Definitely not enough parking on site and not conveniently located. It was raining the night of our stay which make the parking situation even more frustrating but also the way the rain hit the windows of our room it sounded like rain was dripping inside the whole night and we could hear rain flowing down the gutter pipe right outside. We did not sleep well. Overall, I have to say that we would not stay here again an would not recommend to others."

"The property was amazing! The lobby and restaurants including Ruth Chris were outstanding. The hotel restaurant service was great. Our breakfast with server Diana was fabulous! We kept her running for coffee refills. And when we ordered a late night snack, it came in less than 30 minutes. Amazing!!"
