Hotel is prima! Goede service. Het ontbijt is voor als je het liefst Hollandse ontbijt wil heel karig..maar warm eten is er volop keuze.
Hote is aan een drukke straat weg. Naast het hotel is KFC en er is een supermarkt in de buurt.
Een min puntje het hotel is erg gehorig.

a disappointment
I had booked to stay here for 3 nights but left after 2. I wanted to leave after 1. It seems to me that staff at this hotel has no concept of international standards of hospitality. Perhaps this it partly due to the poor language (English) skills of staff. When I first checked in I was surprised at how small the room was. There was also had an unpleasant smell (Staff brought in an air purifier.) The lockbox was locked when I arrived and could not be opened by staff. It took 90 minutes for the lockbox to be exchanged (I was asked to wait for 10 minutes to have it fixed.) I requested a second bedsheet which is apparently not standard at this hotel. I was first told this was impossible and when I repeated the request the next day I was told that it would be looked into. Nothing was ever done. Breakfasts were complimentary but nothing special. I hate second hand smoke while eating and there was an abundance of that from the surrounding tables at breakfast. In fact the whole center atrium from the first floor to the 6th was typically filled with smoke so that when you open the door of your room it was immediately noticeable.
