"We stayed the night for a concert in the area. Hotel was very clean, everyone was very friendly, and helpful."

"The hotel was horrible. First sign was totally white door cards-no hotel insignia, in a folded piece of paper. They had put carpet on top of carpet, tile on top of tile. We had to force the entry door open, force the bathroom door open. Top of toilet had been broken and glued back together, the flush handle was broken. "I didn’t stay here they canceled my reservation due to them being fully booked and then they didn’t return my money for them canceling my reservation so I can’t rate the rooms but the service I received was horrible and unfortunately unprofessional for not refunding me my money it was you who cancelled my reservation that was already paid for in full"
