"I’ve stayed at this property several times and have generally had positive experiences. My most recent stay, however, was disappointing because of the customer service I received from the nighttime front desk attendant.When I arrived, my room door was ajar, and the bed looked as though someone had already been used. I reported my concerns to the front desk, and the attendant explained that housekeeping had forgotten to close the door. I requested a different room. She told me she couldn’t assist me immediately because she was helping other guests, which I completely understood. However, the interaction made me feel as though my concern was more of an inconvenience than something she genuinely wanted to resolve.We also stay here often during softball tournaments. The common area has always been a great place for the teams to gather, catch up, and bond. During this stay, we were watching the Women’s College World Series together. At closing time, the attendant asked everyone to leave, and while I understand she was simply enforcing hotel policy, the way it was handled felt less welcoming than in the past.Overall, I still think this is a good property and will likely stay again. I simply believe the nighttime attendant could benefit from additional customer service training to help make guests feel heard and valued when concerns arise."
