"Absolutely unacceptable and deeply disappointing experience. This hotel is currently undergoing renovation, yet there is no transparency or effort to manage guest expectations. The temporary arrangements on the first floor are chaotic and severely compromise the quality of stay. The staff across the property is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely lacks basic customer service skills. At breakfast, the situation was nothing short of a mess — no proper greeting, no coordination, and no sense of hospitality. It felt like the team had no training whatsoever. The most appalling experience was at Zeest Skybar. The restaurant manager’s behavior was outright arrogant, dismissive, and blatantly unfair. She enforced rules selectively — claiming weather restrictions for indoor seating, while allowing certain guests (notably those smoking) to occupy premium outdoor areas. This kind of biased and inconsistent behavior is unacceptable and reflects extremely poor management standards. Room service was equally frustrating, with delays exceeding 30 minutes and zero accountability. The staff was indifferent, unresponsive, and clearly untrained to handle even basic guest requests. Overall, this was a terrible and frustrating stay. The hotel fails on fundamental hospitality standards — professionalism, fairness, and service. "The property is good Ruined our overall experience, the hospitality and service were extremely disappointing and fell far below what I would expect from a property of this standard It started with the key card not working for a room, and even after notifying the front desk we had to wait outside for ~30 minutes with kids. The cart services are not able to handle the load as the numbers don't match with the guests (275 rooms, 17 carts ). Room services were taking 1.5 hours to deliver even small things. Throughout my stay, the staff generally came across as indifferent and unresponsive. Basic requests took a long time to be acknowledged or fulfilled, and there was very little sense of ownership or courtesy in the way issues were handled. Even after following up multiple times, there was no proactive effort to communicate, apologize, or make the experience better. Because of this, the overall stay, which could have been excellent given the quality of the property, ended up being frustrating and far from satisfactory. The contrast between the good infrastructure and poor hospitality was stark. The staff was busy attending wedding guests and they even mentioned that its not ideal to book during weddings. Stay away from this property."

"Extraordinary property. Classic Indian architecture and ornate decor. New modern rooftop bar - delicious botanical cocktails. Very good breakfast buffet. And beyond all else is the attentive service from a friendly and helpful staff. And I mean round the clock top notch service. We left wondering if we would ever be able to do anything for ourselves again. "

"There was not enough staff within the building. Overall the property is small and the pictures online make it seem like a much fancier nice property. I would rate it a low 4 star hotel. It’s clean and the food was good. The dosas were excellent every morning. Their in room dining was also great. The towels were rough and old. "
