"Great hotel with brilliant staff, however it is so far out of the city that it’s very hard to get cabs. One huge thing that really annoyed us was the fact the hotel refused to get us a cab, they would only sell you a package for a 4 hour round trip for 2.5k rupees, which isn’t what we wanted. We ended up getting an uber which was really difficult and played 250 rupees each way. It was a lot cheaper and gave us the freedom to roam ad we wanted. This really annoyed us and would be the single reason I won’t return to this hotel, apart from that they looked after us. All in all it’s a Nic hotel with a great rooftop pool and nice food, but if you want to see Jaipur stay somewhere closer. Hilton you need to prioritise your guests wants and not try and profiteer from your bad location, you could’ve made us felt looked after, instead we felt trapped and annoyed. "

We happened to be there during Holi, so we spent two full days inside the hotel, and honestly we didn’t mind at all because the property itself is so wonderful. The place truly makes you feel like royalty. The service is excellent, cleanliness is impeccable, and the breakfast is absolutely amazing. One of the best perks is the complimentary high tea—it’s so generous that you honestly don’t even feel the need to go out for dinner afterward. They also have a sunset ritual, which is really beautiful to watch and makes the whole experience even more special. Overall, everything was 10/10. Highly recommended! ✨"
