"The room was clean, staff were very very nice. However, when we arrived the AC was broke. That was day one, the morning of day two the toilet broke, someone came up and fixed it but it still broke. Then I stepped outside to enjoy the balcony to find that the balcony above was being cleaned and all the water from that one completely covered the balcony for my room with dirty water. "Breakfast was great! Lots of options. We had a few issues with our room, the microwave was broken, tv volume was going up and down sporadically. Called the front desk and they came and put a new microwave in the room and looked at the tv within minutes. Room service only comes every other day, had to call the front desk for hand towels, wash clothes and bath mat that were not replaced after they cleaned. "This hotel was undergoing construction, which we didn’t know when we reserved our stay. That said, our room was very clean, staff was very nice and the included breakfast was great. However, we were staying overnight because we went to a wedding and knew we would be out late and wanted to have a nice, relaxing morning with our family (who also reserved rooms). "This was our second stay at this beautiful hotel. Every single employee went above & beyond to make it a wonderful experience for us. We will definitely be back!"

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The carpet in the room had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made the entire room smell bad. The smell was so overwhelming that I had a difficult time relaxing and was unable to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, this significantly affected my overall experience. I hope the hotel addresses this issue, as cleanliness and comfort are essential for guests."

"Very clean room and clean around the hotel. There is a big grassy area that is immaculately kept, so if you are traveling with pets, this is great. Enough room for them to stretch their legs. Rooms are quite adequate and clean. It is very quiet and close to the interstate and other amenities. I regularly stay at budget motels/hotels with dogs and this place is definitely on the nicer end of what you'll get in this price range! Staff were some of the nicest too."

"Property is unclean on the outside and you can tell they HAD to renovate but did the bare minimum to the rooms. Smelled like days old smoke in there and the tub wasn't even cleaned when we checked in. We didn't even bother checking the beds because we knew it wouldn't be much better. The staff was ok no issues at all. Not in a very great location and we left after being in the room for maybe 5 minutes. Not a good motel and should steer clear of it."

"Signs were posted in the parking lot that the Police dept. surveil the area. Black bait traps were found in my hotel room. Puddles on the floors weren't immediately cleaned up. I nearly slipped on them. I had to wait for 17 minutes to be checked into my room. The wall are very thin and I could hear my neighbors talking."
