"Staff was super nice and friendly. Check in was easy. Valet was super helpful and great. We didn't have time to use the pool, jacuzzi, and gym but looked very nice and well maintained. Nice room with a great view of the airport and all of Boston. AC was set at 65 degrees but did not feel that cool. It was 15 minutes to Fenway-we went to a Red Sox game. We were able to check in a couple hours before check in time which was great because we were coming back from Cape Cod. Very close to airport....

"It was really disappointed in the evening snacks… dried up baby carrots, stale celery, sticks, some chips, crackers, and hummus. The only fruit was pineapple and watermelon considering I paid over $500 for the room at least they could’ve done was given me some blackberries and strawberries and blueberries to eat. The breakfast omelette was very good. And I was grateful for actual plates and silverware, but again disappointed because the coffee was going in paper cups. The room was very nice....

"As I was there part of the Tartan Aro The staff was amazing. Took time out of there daily duties just to be extra friendly. Easy check in and out. Nice part of town with a 15 walk to down town n 10 min walk to south station"

"I’m basing this off of a 3 night stay: Our room was not cleaned once, towels weren’t replaced once and when we tried to ask the cleaning lady who was right outside our door handing out towels she said we would have to call the service desk and request for a towel ( I called and nobody answered btw) only thing they did in the room was spread the bed once! Trash wasn’t taken out either for the three nights. Please note, there will be a destination fee that they will dispose to you at the end of...

"Had a very nice room lookng out over the water. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel property was updated and functional. Hotel provided each room with two bottles of water a day which was very nice. Rooms had refrigerators. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Had a small problem with the parking. Everyday we would have to hit the speaker to be buzzed out due to room key not working properly. Desk staff did not offer to fix it they simply told us to buzz the desk to be let out....

"Traveled with my two teenage boys for the weekend. The facility and amenities were great. The Seaport location was amazing with a lot of good options for food. It’s a bit of a walk to the Train station if you are using public transportation but other that that it was great. Highly recommended."

"Our room was good. Very clean and well maintained. The check in staff was exceptional. The property is in great condition. The elevators take quite awhile to arrive, but worked well. We encountered a very rude breakfast room attendant. An older woman is said attendant. Wiping tables with a dirty cloth, screaming at her helper, yelling at guests asking where the trash can was, VERY unpleasant. We reported it to the front desk and nothing was done except to tell us the GM would be advised."

"The location was great. The room was nice and clean, the window was very tiny, so it felt enclosed. To get to the room is like a maze. Otherwise is nice and has a parking, obviously extra fee, but is there"
