The attached restaurant was convenient for a delicious breakfast as well as a late dinner. Location was convenient for walking and also for access to public transportation. Overall very nice stay.

Only a couple of things might have made the stay a bit better. The location is perfect, and the hotel is super quiet and clean, rooms are attractive. The staff that checked us in, were just not very personable, just not really welcoming. I asked on the 1st morning for a place to have breakfast and the only suggestion was a place that opened at 9am serving brunch. Luckily, I found several cute and good cafes by walking around. There was no information about the hotel in the room, none, yes, WIFI sign in but nothing about the area, the TV or anything at all. Surprised that coffee was not served in the lobby in the am, that may be trivial, but I don't know any place we have stayed without that good feature. Other than that all good, as I said, not much to complain about but....it wasn't that the stay was inexpensive, would have expected a bit better from welcoming us, to small amenities.

We payed extra for a view room, but our view was of of the road and the stand for tours in boston. We had to keep our shades cloaed because people were within 5 ft of our window. Also we didnt get out bottle when we checked in. I had to ask and it was a small one.

Close to the airport and right at a train stop, it is very accessible. Close to lots of restaurants and markets. Room was average, elevators are slightly slow as it is a renovated historic building.

Overall we had a wonderful stay, the hotel is super cute and very clean! They have a restaurant attached which is super convenient as well as a 7/11 on the concern. It’s less than a 1 min walk from the train station and very easy to get too from the airport. It’s very central to everything in the north end and near a lot of tourist attractions. Would 10/10 recommend. Very walkable city!

The rooms were a little dated with a VCR but they were suoer cozy and clean. The location is prime as it is walking distance ro the harbor and North End.

We stayed at the Harborside Inn while in town for a concert at TD Garden. The hotel was the perfect “home base” for our stay. We were able to walk everywhere within 10-15 minutes and it was easy to drop back into the hotel to change or have a quick rest before adventuring out again. The staff were friendly and happily accommodated us checking in a little early as our room was ready when we arrived from a very long morning of multiple flights. The room itself was nicely decorated and clean. We had a city view King room and the natural light, exposed brick and extra seating area made the room feel very spacious. We had read some reviews about the city view rooms being a little loud due to traffic but we were on the 5th floor so barely noticed the noise. The aquarium is about a 3 minute walk across the street and was definitely a fun way to beat the heat for a few hours. Faneuil Hall market is also steps away and has lots to see. A couple of minor details that were more about the area than the hotel - the 7Eleven next door is a very small location with limited options for snacks and drinks, but good enough for grabbing some bottled water/soda etc. The nearby convenience stores don’t sell beer and wine, and the nearest liquor store closed at 6pm so if you are wanting to relax with a drink in your room after a day of exploring, be sure to grab what you need early. Overall, our stay was absolutely lovely and we will absolutely stay at the Harborside again when we visit Boston.

On the second day of my stay, it was rain and leaking was happened from the ceiling. I called the front desk twice and then the staff finally came to the room. The room was switched but my watch and clothes also got wet from the leak. I negotiated with the manager about compensation for them. The hotel didn’t say apologies.
