Great stay at this hotel! Quick and easy checkin, free breakfast in the morning, and super comfortable beds! Disappointed the rooftop was closed but was warned of that, so no biggie - assume it will be super awesome once it's renovated. Thanks for a great stay!

Its location is perfect - right off a T stop with quick access to all of Boston. Shockingly, even 12 stories up you can hear the hustle and bustle of the city - not a bad thing and not surprising, but bring a white noise machine if that would bother you. Room was clean and stayed cool. Only wish that their policy for a broken fridge was to replace the fridge instead of suggesting we move rooms. It was awesome having free continental breakfast, even if it was on the lighter side, because it’s a rare find these days! Overall would highly recommend this hotel!

I really loved staying there, great view, close to the T station and nice restaurants. The staff was always extremely kind. I just didn’t like the breakfast options, and the carpet floor close to the door was always wet, I don’t know why. So I would have to leave a towel because whenever I would take my shoes off, my feet would be soaked. Some kind of leaking for sure. Rather than that, I loved staying there!

It was a great hotel for our short stay in Boston. It was reasonably priced, it was clean, the staff were very helpful, there was a continental breakfast, and it was right on the red line subway. On the red line downtown was only 2 stops away. Very convenient.

I thought the included breakfast was excellent; it’s comfortable, and the facilities are good. The cleanliness of the beds and bedding left a lot to be desired; I found a lot of hair on the bed and stains that looked like the result of poor washing. The personal care items had been used.

I enjoyed my stay but had to deduct stars because their TVs are not smart. Also, they do not serve pancakes, waffles, bacon, or sausage as part of the included breakfast. Lastly, the rooftop restaurant has been closed, and I was not notified before booking. This hotel is in a perfect location. You can walk to Chinatown and downtown. The city view from the room was stunning. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

Fabulous, clean and modern hotel - access directly outside to the red line. The room was very well appointed - beds very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast simple, but just what was required. I had prebooked a parking spot in a garage about 5 minutes walk away. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from South Station and the downtown core and about 15 minutes to the Seaport district.

The room was clean. The mattress was so comfortable and the air conditioner worked like a champ which on 105° days was perfect for us. The best part about this hotel is the T stop is literally directly across from the hotel so you’re able to get anywhere you need to in Boston. You do have to transfer twice to get down to the aquarium so we took Uber there a few times and it was only nine dollars. The breakfast was totally fine cereal, bagels, pastries, yogurt, and scrambled eggs and oatmeal. It worked great for us and it’s included. .
