"There was a HORRIBLE SMELL of MOLD in our room. There was no one except an operator to help with this, and they did not help at all. Literally a toxic smell. The pillowcases had dirt on them. I took photos when we arrived. The sheets were scratchy, and the towels were extremely cheap and thin. I had to put my pj top over the pillow because of the scratchy linens. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"The building is in a perfect location - an easy walk to the subway and Fenway Park (we had tickets to see a game). Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was a large window in the room that looks onto a very busy street. The window is not sound proof at all, and I checked several times to make sure it wasn’t open. They do provide earplugs, which is helpful if you are used to sleeping with them in (am not)."
