Street noise! (Not a good sign that the hotel provided earplugs!) Extra fees ("property fees") on top of taxes, making this a much more expensive option than initially shown. We felt ripped off. Invasive security demands (pre-check-in) before receiving door codes. TV remotes didn't work.

The property is well situated in the heart of Newburry Street and shopping. The communication was very bad. No one answers the phone during open hours and the mailbox was full not accepting messages. The unit is noisy with every sound outside coming through all night. There were no written instruction on how to use the TV. You could turn on but not do anything else. There was 3 remotes and they did not work. Funny they had ear plugs on the night stand. Not good.

BEST LOCATION EASY TO COMUNICATE NICE SERVICES. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT I HAD TO PAY EXTRA TO STAY AN HOUR PAST CHECK OUT TIME SO I COULD LEAVE MY LUGGAGE. YOU CAN HERE CLEARLY THE NOISE FROM THE OTHER ROOMS .

Amazing location

The location of this place cannot be beat! Everything is walkable and easy to navigate. I really joyed the keyless entry and everything felt very secure. The room itself is pretty noisy due to the heavy street traffic but that’s understandable. It is a studio apartment with few frills but it suited us well for our stay! I would book again.

Terrible communication, locked out in the rain

They gave me the wrong access # for the front of building and their voicemail was full — I couldn’t leave a message. Their online message support response took HOURS, so I was shut out of my room in the rain and heat. I stood out in the rain for an hour before some random guest let me inside. It was a bad experience.

Apartment with kitchen. Check-in and check-out were all done online and I stayed without contact with anyone. The location is great. Cleaning, towel changes, etc. are optional, so if you don't ask for options, you are free and free to not see anyone during your stay.

Overall good experience. Asked for extra towels and never received them. One of the bathroom lights was out and never got fixed. Can’t beat the location and although the room was a little small, it was comfortable enough for the two of us for two days/nights of sightseeing.

The property needs some care. It looks very « lived-in. » The tv was unusable. Took forever to get hot water in the shower. The bedside reading lamp was broken. Things in semi-disrepair everywhere. I would not stay there again.

There wasn't any hot water. The hotel claimed that the tap was special and I didn't use it properly but I turned it on full hot in both the shower and sink and never got any water warmer than barely warm. Not only did they not deliver but they lied to me about it.

Loved the location. The property was great. Only downside is the bathroom is extremely small and I am not a very big individual. There are also a lot of stairs. Which again, not an issue for myself however if you have difficulties with stairs, be prepared. The location was perfect. Close to everything. I would stay again.
