"Woke up with multiple bites all over body and shower was absolutely not cleaned . There was no soap in pumper shampoo bottle. This is an upscale trying to be luxury hotel. The valet driver was stoned out of his mind. Only reason I gave 2 star was restaurant was actually really good. After seeing Amarillo this is better then most any other hotel around . Just be prepared for bug bites."

"This facility is in need of attention. It is suffering deferred maintenance and is not being kept clean. Our toilet leaked. The ice machine was out of order for the weekend. Front desk staff received four stars but would have received five had the young lady at our first check-in been able to comprehend what we were saying in plain English. "Great place to stay. Cabins were clean. Front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest but not overly mean. I’m used to friendly people in Texas but maybe they were having a bad day or live in New Mexico. I’d definitely stay again even though they just have van that takes you to the restaurant, not a limo like advertised. Maybe it’s an Amarillo Limo??"

"What matters most to us is that the place is clean, and there are no roaches. Check! Next, a fridge and microwave are important. They had a nice, larger compact fridge. I took off a star because there was no microwave, and it was expensive, like 85+/night and we always have to purchase 2 nights because we sleep during the day and checkout is usually at 11. "The blanket and one of the pillows had stains, we had to go to the front desk to tell them our TV said it didn't have service and they gave us a different remote that "might help" (it had tape holding the batteries in, but did indeed help us turn the TV to the correct channel for hdmi), there was only 1 washer and dryer that took quarters but they didn't have a way to get quarters, our floor reeked of marijuana, and the free breakfast was the skimpiest I've ever seen."
