"Shower could have been cleaner"

"Provided an accessible room, which wasn’t needed. Noise of the highway so struggled to get a good nights sleep. Shower was designed for a disabled person so not suitable for me. "

"The bathroom had only toilet paper + tissue. No mirror in the bedroom area. When 2 people are staying a second mirror would be appreciated. Felt more like a hospital room, than a hotel room. "

"One of the best hotels in San Francisco my wife and I love it. It’s a great place and we won’t be definitely coming back."

"Very friendly staff and room was nice and clean. It was completely satisfactory for a quick stop on the way home. Minor things: facilities were a little outdated, and the hot tub was out of order. Pillows consisted of six small throw-sized pillows on the king sized bed. However, I was very grateful for getting a room last min that was under $200/night with such welcoming staff."

"Night shift front desk staff validates our parking but the lady in morning shift refused to validate our parking, saying it wasn’t included in our package. Loading and unloading front area has a strong unpleasant smells "

"Super cute, fun, and innovative. I will say though the internet never worked for the tv in the room, trash was left on the floor, and I was pretty bummed to see hair on the floor in the shower- I also washed a couple dishes that were caked with grease and debris. "

"We loved the place, looks like they are reviving an old gem and it's really clean. Definitely a work in progress but it's getting very nice. One of the nicest properties in the area if not the nicest. "

"Most of it was fine. The worst was the mattress on the bed, very uncomfortable. Second was the constantly dripping shower"

"Really good, well-run motel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with everything in good working order. Parking seems very safe (your car is right outside your room). The single downside is there are a few barking dogs in the neighborhood – obviously not the hotel’s fault. It is only occasional, though, and not a dealbreaker. I liked staying here and would definitely stay again."

"Hotel wasn’t in the best area, but the rooms were cleaned every day. Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again unless I had too."

"Check-in staff just stood there and acted like I was inconveniencing them by checking in. Room was super dirty. Hair on all the towels and counter. Visible stains on the beds, and bad smells. wifi and tv didn’t work. Just stay somewhere else. We thought it would be fun for the kids but it was a gross hotel. "
