"Very close to the Bridgestone Arena. My daughter and I enjoyed the quick walk to our concert and back. The staff were so helpful and nice . We enjoyed the valet parking and the ease of check in/out."

"I wish there were ice on the 2nd floor with the coffee and water station. Also would have liked some non-caffeinated tea options. Overall the stay was nice. A great central location for walking to many different places. It felt safe to be outside at night and the river view was nice."

"The hotel is very functional. They try to make it a nice experience by adding all the extras like music on weekends. I wish they they’d paid more attention to the basics like comfy pillows or bed sheets that were correctly sized to the bed. Ours were too small."
