"Overall, the hotel is a great value and experience. There seemd to be deferred maintenace in the room. The room temp was ok, but the thermostat was not working. It registered 63 and could not be changed. It was not 63 in the room. In addition, the sink faucet was loose, and there was a rust colored stain around the faucets. The toilet did not flush well."

"Breakfast was good, and the food fresh. The staff was super, very helpful and happy to solve a problem. They wer helpful in moving my room to another room when a problem was presented. The condition of the room was poor and not cleaned. "

"The breakfast was fresh and staff was friendly and hospitable. John greeted us every morning for breakfast and was a pleasure to talk to. This wasn't a 5 start hotel but the staff made it feel like one. I'll be staying here for my next visit without a doubt."

"Bathroom was not clean, need a deep cleaning-sink was clogged( they did fix that issue) trash overflowing near elevator from check in to check out (3 day stay). Casino was nice, staff pleasant and helpful"
