"This propertty is always fixing or do something new and it always looks messy . The studio room is a joke and not worth the money. The app is not user friendly, the so call, things happening around is not clearly noted and you can moß the events. Just too chaotic. "

"We just left a 7 night stay at the grove. We went to Disney two days out of the 7, and it was a close drive- 15min maybe? Overall- the grove was a great choice for kids. The water park was super cute with littles slides etc, and the other side of the park with all the pools and hot tub also had a kid section. Do not be confused about the restaurant “situation “ like we were and just know Valencia, the main restaurant (and only restaurant), bc the other one is a bar/bar food etc, was not bad at all- but they advertise 3 restaurants—- it’s the same restaurant with rotating menus, sometimes a buffet- not super vegan friendly in case anyone needs this info, BUT they actually were kind and tried for my husband. Somehow, we didn’t have a cleaning the whole time we were there even though I called twice, but I ended up getting a $50 voucher for that. But yeah, the lazy river is cool (currently being resurfaced fyi for two weeks), the little kids area is great, and overall was a nice place to stay. "

"I think we were hoping for something beyond the normal hotel experience. The issues were more irritants than anything. First, there was the surprise $15 daily parking fee. If that was in the information about Kompose it was well hidden. Second, our room had little surface space. There were the two beds and a small shelf. That meant our stuff had nowhere to go but the floor. There wasn’t even a chair in the room. Third, the bathroom design. The shower was only a simple rain from an overhead shower head. The shower had a half glass wall which looked good in the bathroom but was not large enough to keep the water in the shower. A bathmat had to be used and after multiple showers was completely soaked. Fourth, the TV was set in the wall directly in front of one of the beds. The TV couldn’t be moved or tilted. Would have been better if it had been placed so it was more centered to the placement of the beds. Again, nothing major. Just minor irritants. The hotel’s location in relation to the Disney parks is its greatest asset as far as we were concerned. "

"While the rooms looked a little run-down, the restaurant and pool area had a great vibe. I wish the room decor was more consistent with the hotel lobby. We stayed in the penthouse, and the furniture looked quite old."

"Everything was A+ from the moment we got there. The check-in was great. Vallet was great. The room was upgraded for free, great views and large room. Bed was very comfortable. Everyone who worked at the resort was very nice and friendly."

"The property was a great place to stay. The only issue I had is with expedia listing not the property. Expedia never listed that there is a parking fee everyday which I was unaware off and then I had to pay the parking fee while I was checking in "

"The bathroom in the room was not cleaned properly when we arrived and there was no use of the electrical outlets. We got moved to a new room and that room was just as dirty and more outlets and lights were not working in the room. Not all the staff was helpful in this matter. Some staff members were helpful and told us one thing In terms of compensation and the rest of the stuff, we’re not friendly about it. Did not enjoy my experience with the rooms at this resort but the rest of amenities were good"
